Boardgame Dice app for iPhone and iPad

A dice app designed for playing the Settlers of Catan.

It can be annoying to have to roll the dice and have them either mess up the board or have the same number come up over and over because you didnt use a big enough shaker (or worse cheating!)

Boardgame dice provides the option for the full gamut of 36 possible options to be rolled in advance and then shown one at a time until a preset turn or a random turn. At which point the process will repeat with a new randomized set of rolls. This means that those unlikely numbers 2, 12, 11, and 3 will show up rarely (but they will show up!)

If you enable the "Voice Control" (Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Voice Control) then you will be able to issue the voice command "Press Roll". To cause the next roll to occur.

The game will additionally keep track of whos turn it is to play and if the option is switched on announce the roll score with the name of the player. i.e. "James has rolled a 5." It even shows whether or not the roll is a double which is required knowledge in some variations of the game.

Be aware that the Voice Control involves your phone listening to everything so you might want to switch this off when not using the board game dice.
